A Laughing Matter

Have you ever found yourself laughing at God's promises? In Genesis 17, we encounter Abraham at a pivotal moment where God transforms not just his name, but his entire understanding of the covenant. When God announces that Sarah, now 90 years old, will bear a son, Abraham literally falls on his face laughing. It seems impossible, absurd even.
