In the Beginning — these words introduce us to who the Lord is and reveal the foundations of our history. Join us on Sundays as we journey through the book of Genesis, from the creation of the universe and humanity, to Abraham’s faithful departure from his homeland, and Joseph’s rise from slavery to becoming a savior for his brothers. Genesis shows us how deeply the Lord cares for His people and how, from the very beginning, He planned to bring salvation to the world through Jesus Christ. 

The book of Luke is the first part of a two-volume work (Luke and Acts) written by Luke, a doctor and companion of the apostle Paul. Luke begins with a preface explaining his goal: to create an orderly account based on eyewitness testimonies about Jesus’ life. He emphasizes that Jesus’ story is the fulfillment of God’s long covenant with Israel and part of a larger plan for the whole world. The book is structured in sections: an introduction, Jesus’ ministry in Galilee, his journey to Jerusalem, and his final week leading to his death and resurrection. This story continues into the book of Acts. The central message is that Jesus, though not the king people expected, showed that true power is found in love and sacrifice. He invites all people to join God’s Kingdom family and continue spreading his mission.
